WOW brings together women from across the region each month to build meaningful relationships, support local nonprofits, grow professionally, and leave feeling encouraged and empowered. Featured Speaker: Cynthia Schneider

We are excited to welcome Cynthia Schneider, CEO of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber, as our April featured speaker.

Her talk, “Replanted for Renewed Purpose – Growing Beyond Self-Doubt to Dignified Service,” will explore how seasons of transition can lead to renewed growth, confidence, and meaningful impact. Cynthia’s leadership experience and insights will encourage women to step beyond self-doubt and into the purpose and opportunities ahead of them.

Nonprofit Spotlight: Friends of Old Town

This month we are proud to spotlight Friends of Old Town, an organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing Winchester’s historic downtown through community events, beautification efforts, and local engagement. Their work helps keep Old Town vibrant, welcoming, and thriving.

 

 

Pumps & Pearls Swag Bag Donations

WOW is also helping support the Pumps & Pearls Ladies Party during the 99th Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival.

Local businesses are invited to donate 50 promotional items to be included in the event’s swag bags. If you would like to participate, please bring your items to the April 14 WOW luncheon.
